We’ve been made aware that in the initial production
run, the manufacturer inadvertently packed Disc 2 with the same content
as Disc 4. If you encountered this problem, please send
us your name and mailing address
and we will replace Disc 2 with the correct disc at no charge. Please
refer to the program title and UPC number when responding.

LUCK
When our Licensor delivered the elements for authoring,
we were informed we had the original pilot episode. Unfortunately, there
was a breakdown in communications and box sets went out without the
correct pilot episode. We have since received and re-authored Disc 1
to include “Olive’s Present." If you send
your name and address, we will ship you a replacement disc at no
charge. Please refer to the program title and UPC number when responding.
OTHER
DEFECTS
While we have received a few comments saying consumers were unable to
watch certain elements on certain discs, the problem usually lies within
the hardware the disc is being played on. Some older and even newer
machines have difficulty reading the information on certain discs and
we’ve found that playing them on a computer or even a different
machine, often confirms that the discs are not defective.
